Andrew Starkey is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Volare Shipping. He is also Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific at Trafigura, a role he assumed in October 2024.
Based in Singapore, Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience across the Asia Pacific natural resources, infrastructure and financial sectors.
Before joining Trafigura, Andrew was Executive Director at the investment conglomerate Provident Capital Partners. Prior to this, he was Managing Director and Co Founder of Keppel Credit, a private credit fund manager. Andrew has also held senior roles in project finance, investment banking, and principal investing at Macquarie Group and Goldman Sachs.
Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEAD and both a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
